8 Week Bootcamp starting Monday 2nd September @ 6pm. Following a set programme for 8 weeks with 3 training sessions per week that will tone and help you lose weight. Two sessions will be on Monday & Wednesday evenings for 55 mins at my place + 1 session (early morning/evening -tbc) weights & cardio. $160 for 8 weeks all gear supplied all you need to bring is a towel and be dressed suitable to exercise.
